Came in to check my alternator they were very nice and polite to take time out of their day when they don't even have alternators, so that was great.I deeply appreciate it chad with duke's tree service

I have had NW battery and automotive work on a few of my vehicles over the years and they have always done a great job. The latest was my 2019 Cummins. These trucks are a pain with the newer exhaust systems. They walked through step by step with information and pictures as well as having me come in and visually see for myself what the issues were. They got the job done in a timely manner. Thank you Northwest battery and automotive

Very nice and helpful staff. Had battery swapped on work car. Very professional and quick work. Vince was organized and set up. Processed bill and got me out the door with no Hassells.

These guys are excellent in my experience so far! I haven't had any service work done there, but next time I need something done I'm thinking about giving them a try and seeing how it goes. I've heard good things from other people who have had work done there though. I've only gotten batteries from them before. But I have had good luck with them so far and haven't had any problems with the batteries I've gotten there like I have had with other places. And I've gotten batteries for several different things from them, most recently one for my truck.

I've had extensive work done by Northwest Battery & Automotive starting in early fall 2021 and continuing through the 2021–22 winter, and I've been very pleased with my experiences there. All of the work was on a high mileage lifted/modified Jeep Wrangler with lots of wear and tear. Work performed included replacing the engine and most other components in the engine compartment (alternator, radiator, steering pump, cam synchronizer, etc.), replacing axle shafts and servicing the differentials, installing new front and rear bumpers, installing new suspension and steering components, and some wiring/electrical work—plus a healthy amount of diagnostic work to kick things off. Throughout this process, Northwest has been communicative, honest and helpful. The techs took time to talk about repairs with me, explaining what they were doing and why, and talking about different options. Vince, the service writer who is often at the front desk, is incredibly helpful with scheduling service, ordering parts and communicating with the techs in the back. Not to mention, they did quality work and brought my vehicle back to life in a big way. And the prices are reasonable. The techs also went abo
